6th – Stewart joins Mezzo Soprano Lotte Betts-Dean for a recital at the Brunswick Beethoven Festival. Including songs by Brahms, Schubert, Liszt, Alma Mahler, Beethoven, Hahn, Debussy and Sutherland. 20th – Stewart performs his first fellowship recital at the Australian National Academy of Music, exploring music of forgotten romantic composers.

27th – July 7 – ‘The Passion of Italy’ Tour with The Southport School Chorale. Three performances in Rome (including St Peters Basilica) plus concerts in Pisa and Venice.

31 – August 10 – Australian Festival of Chamber Music, Townsville. Stewart performs as official pianist to the Winterschool with repertoire including Mozart Piano Quartet in g minor, Shostakovich Violin Concerto no. 1, Brahms viola sonata in f minor, Mozart bassoon and clarinet concertos, Ravel Mother Goose suite and more.
